Flesh of 2 ripe avocados
100 g Dark chocolate (70%), melted
3 tbsp. Coconut Milk/Any other milk to loosen up mousse
4 tbsp. Maple syrup
1¼ tsp. Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Morlife Chia seeds
¼ cup Morlife Chocolate Coated Range (e.g. macadamias, coffee beans, Inca berries)
STEP BY STEP
- In a food processor, add maple syrup, avocado, vanilla, cacao and salt. Blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooled, melted dark chocolate and blend for another 10-15 seconds.
- Add coconut milk or any other milk to make a lighter mousse. Taste and adjust if needed. Spoon into a bowl and allow to set in the fridge.
- Spoon into serving glasses or dishes. Serve with Morlife Chocolate Covered Range or Chia Seeds.
