Flesh of 2 ripe avocados
100 g Dark chocolate (70%), melted
3 tbsp. Coconut Milk/Any other milk to loosen up mousse
4 tbsp. Maple syrup
1¼ tsp. Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Morlife Chia seeds
¼ cup Morlife Chocolate Coated Range (e.g. macadamias, coffee beans, Inca berries)
1) In a food processor, add maple syrup, avocado, vanilla, cacao and salt. Blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
2) Add the cooled, melted dark chocolate and blend for another 10-15 seconds.
3) Add coconut milk or any other milk to make a lighter mousse. Taste and adjust if needed. Spoon into a bowl and allow to set in the fridge.
4) Spoon into serving glasses or dishes. Serve with Morlife Chocolate Covered Range or Chia Seeds.
