Baked Apples

2 big red apples

2 tbsp pistachio nuts

2 tsp Morlife Dried Cranberries

2 tbsp Morlife Goji Antiox Natural Muesli

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp agave nectar or as desired

3-4 tbsp fruit juice per apple

Fruit Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt for topping

1) Cut apples from the top down (vertically), scoop out the core on the 3 apple slices. Take out as much apples as you can leaving almost 1/8 inch shell lining and discard the core.

2) Diced the remaining half apple and mix together with the apples that has been scooped out of its shell

3) Mix all ingredients together including juice

4) Stuff the apple shells with the mixture and place into a dish. Pour half inch water into the dish

5) Bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes

6) Top with yoghurt and mint and drizzle with agave nectar
