Barbeque Kale Chips


Forget potato chips, it’s time to go green! This leafy superfood won’t kale your vibe once it’s seasoned with spice and baked to perfection, making for a surprisingly tasty plant-based snack. Wonderfully crispy with a smoky kick, these chips will quickly become an easy go-to for any and all occasions.



1 large bunch of fresh kale 

2 tbsp olive oil 

2 tbsp Ashy Bines Barbeque Seasoning Mix



  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. De-stem kale and cut into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add oil and seasoning mix to kale and massage until kale is coated.
  4. Spread kale onto a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until kale is crunchy.
