Blueberry Chia Jam

This jam is also ‘jam-packed’ with protein and essential fatty acids thanks to the use of Chia seeds - which gives it that ‘jam-like’ texture. Spread this jam on toast, cereal, desserts - anything and everything! Not a fan of blueberries? Simply replace the blueberries with any frozen berry you desire and follow the same method.


1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries, defrosted and mashed slightly

1/2 cup maple syrup or coconut nectar

3-4 tsp Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds



  1. Whisk together the mashed blueberries, maple/coconut syrup and chia seeds until well combined.
  2. Pour into a shallow bowl and refrigerate for 4-5 hours or ideally overnight.
  3. The next day, store the jam in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
