Creamy Vegan Immune Kidz Custard

There’s nothing quite like homemade custard, and this immunity-focused rendition is no exception. Creamy, comforting, thick and fabulous, serve this tropical tasting custard in an itty bitty glass over seasonal fruit and, for extra fanciness, top with an orange wedge. Cuuute!



1 cup almond milk

¼ cup low-fat coconut milk (canned)

1 tbsp freshly squeezed mandarin juice

1 tbsp tapioca flour

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 serves Morlife® Immune Kidz

1 tsp Morlife® Certified Organic Monk Fruit



  1. Combine tapioca and coconut milk in a saucepan on medium heat and mix until smooth.
  2. Add almond milk, mandarin juice & vanilla extract and whisk to combine. Bring to boil, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens to a cream consistency.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Morlife® Immune Kidz. Serve warm over seasonal fruit.
