gluten free granola recipe

2 cups Morlife Goji Antiox Wholegrain gluten free muesli

1/4 cup almonds flakes

1/4 cup toasted macadamia nuts chopped/halves

1/4 cup pecan nuts chopped

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup coconut shredded

1 1/2 tbsp. Morlife Chia Seeds

1/2 cup Morlife Coconut Water powder

1 cup honey or rice malt syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp mix peel

1/4 tsp sea salt

11/2 tsp ground cinnamon powder

1) Mix all dry ingredients then add the liquid ingredients

2) Spray the nonstick baking tray with oil so the mixture does not stick

3) Spread the mix evenly into the tray and Bake at 165 degrees for at least 25 minutes, stirring every 10min so the bottom mix gets toasted as well or until golden

4) Leave out to cool down before storing in a jar

5) Serve with yoghurt and any desired fruit
