turmeric frittata recipe

½ cup spring onion

1 tomato, diced

1 cup shredded spinach

1/3 cup crumbed feta cheese

1 1/2 tsp. Morlife Certified Organic Turmeric Powder

¼ cup chopped parsley

5 eggs

2 tbsp almond milk

1. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and almond milk.

2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well to incorporate.

3. Lightly oil a muffin tray and pour frittata mixture into muffin trays and bake in the oven for 10 mins at 175°C.

4. Allow to cool before removing from pan, serve with fresh parsley.
