1 1/2 cups macaroni ( cook with 4 cups water oil salt)
1 can butter beans
1 cup almond milk
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Vegemite or 2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tsp mild mustard
1 tsp Morlife Maca Powder
1 tsp oil
Dash of pepper
Add: Mushroom (sliced), capsicum (diced), spring onion (chopped)
1) Blend all Cheese Sauce ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2) Cook Mushroom and capsicum in a pan under high heat to make it a little crunchy on the edges then put aside.
3) Heat a clean pan then add olive oil, cooked macaroni and add the cheese sauce.
4) Turn off heat and add mushrooms and capsicum. Sprinkle top with chopped spring onion and season to taste.
