maca banana icecream recipe

5  Bananas

¼ cup Coconut oil

1 cup Coconut Milk

5 tbsp. Honey (or Agave Syrup for vegan version)

3 tbsp. Morlife Maca powder

¼ tsp. Sea salt

½ tsp. Vanilla extract

1 cup Crushed walnuts

½ Cinnamon

Directions

1) Blend bananas, coconut oil, honey (or agave syrup for vegan), maca powder, sea salt and vanilla extract in blender or food processor until very smooth.

2) Add crushed walnuts mix in with banana mixture.

3) Pour mixture into a container, cover, and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.

4) Scoop & Serve!
