Mexican Kale Chips


Get your crunch on with these naughty by nice kale chips! Unlike the potato kind, this spicy superfood alternative will pack your body with leafy green goodness while still giving you that ultra satisfying crunch.



1 large bunch of fresh kale 

2 tbsp olive oil 

2 tbsp Ashy Bines Mexican Seasoning Mix



  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. De-stem kale and cut into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add oil and seasoning mix to kale and massage until kale is coated.
  4. Spread kale onto a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until kale is crunchy.
  5. Enjoy!
