Quinoa Slaw

1 cup uncooked Morlife Quinoa Grains

2 cups shredded red cabbage

1 cup chopped spring onion

½ cups sesame seeds

2 cups roughly chopped bean sprouts

1 tbs Flaxseed Oil

1 tbs honey

1 tbs lemon juice

2 tbs rice wine vinegar

1 tbs sesame oil


1) Cook Morlife Quinoa Grains following instructions, leave aside in a bowl to slightly cool.|

2) In a large bowl, mix together the vegetable ingredients plus quinoa.

3) Mix all liquid ingredients in a separate container and drizzle into the slaw.
