Tummy Lovin' Chia Pud
Chia up a grumpy gut with this deliciously layered pud. Ripe with mango and creamy coconut goodness, it makes for a quick brekky, on-the-go snack or a tasty treat before bed.
Ingredients
1 ½ cup coconut milk
½ cup Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds
2 serves Morlife Complete Gut Restore
½ cup frozen mango
2 tbsp shredded coconut
Method
- Whisk chia seeds, coconut milk and Complete Gut Restore until combined. Let soak for a minimum of 30 minutes or leave overnight.
- Defrost frozen mango and use back of fork to squish until thick mango paste is formed.
- Layer chia pudding, mango and shredded coconut in a glass or Mason jar and enjoy!
