You Will Need:

2 Medium Bananas, overripe & mashed
2 Large Eggs, whisked
2 Tbsp. (40 mL) Rice Malt Syrup
2 Tsp. (10 mL) Coconut Oil

Directions:

Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
Grease or line a 12-hole muffin tray.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl together, mixing well.
Pour an even amount of batter into each hole of the muffin tray.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a knife comes out clean~.
Allow to cool and enjoy.

Not good

Was really dry and had to add heaps of almond milk. All it tasted like was coconut oil. Even my kids couldn’t eat it. Sorry Steph!
