Thank you for your honest review. We are so sorry to hear that our Beauty Protein didn't hit the mark on this occasion. The Beauty Protein contains absolutely nothing artificial and should not have a chemical taste so this is definitely something we'd like to investigate.
If you are willing, could you please reply directly to this message and let us know which products were not up to standard and what specifically was wrong with them? This will give us a little more background as to what the issue is so when can further investigate the matter. And if possible, are you able to provide any of the following information?
