Cauliflower bake recipe

1 head of cauliflower

½ brown onion, finely chopped

1 tbs paprika

¼ tsp chilli flakes

½ cup parmesan cheese

2 tbs olive oil

1.5 tbs Morlife Chia seeds

Salt

Pepper

Top with fresh Italian parsley

Optional – Nutritional yeast instead of cheese.

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Break cauliflower into florets and microwave for 2-3 minutes to soften slightly.

3. Toss the onion, paprika, chilli, olive oil and chia seeds through the cauliflower and season to taste.

4. Transfer to a large baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan and bake in oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden.

5. Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
