1 cup almond milk
1 cinnamon stick
Pinch of salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1) Place quinoa grains, almond milk, cinnamon stick, nutmeg and salt in a saucepan. Gently simmer for 15 minutes
2) Remove from heat, and allow to sit until the almond milk has absorbed
3) Sprinkle with your desired toppings. We suggest Acai Powder, goji berries, coconut flakes and fresh fruit.
