goji almond triangles

3 cups raw almonds

1/2 cup Morlife Goji Berries

1 cup coconut flakes

2 tbsp. Morlife Coconut Water powder

1/3 cup honey

1 tsp. vanilla extract

¼ tsp. salt

1/3 hot water

Directions

1) In a food processor, pulse almonds until fine. Mix in the rest of the dry ingredients and pulse again. Pour into a large bowl and set aside.

2) In another bowl, combine honey, hot water and vanilla. Stir together well and add it into the dry ingredients. Add the cinnamon and salt and stir in well.

3) Place the mixture into a large baking dish and using hands, press into pan to evenly.

4) Allow bars to cool in fridge for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares to serve.
