There are so many overnight oats recipes to choose from, but what we love about this one is the delicate flavour of the new Morlife Nettle Revive tea that comes through. You'll also benefit from added fibre and plant-based omega-3's with the addition of Certified Organic Chia Seeds in this recipe.

NETTLE BERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

PREP TIME: 10 mins

SET TIME: 6-8 hrs

SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS

2 Morlife Nettle Revive Teabags
½ cup oats
1 tbsp. Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds
1 cup coconut yoghurt
½ cup fresh berries
½ cup almond milk
1 tbsp. honey

 

STEP BY STEP

  1. In a saucepan, add Morlife Nettle Revive Teabags & almond milk. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes and set aside
  2. Place oats and Morlife Chia Seeds in a mason jar, mixing well to combine.
  3. Place the yoghurt on top followed by the berries
  4. Pour the almond and tea milk on top and place the lid on tight.
  5. Place in the fridge overnight, then serve with a drizzle of honey
