bounty slice recipe

BASE

    10 medjool dates, pitted

    1 cup almond meal

    2 tbsp rice malt syrup

    2 tbsp Morlife Cacao Bliss powder

    2 tbsp Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds

    1 cup shredded coconut

    COCONUT LAYER

      3 cups shredded coconut

      3 tbsp coconut milk

      2 tbsp coconut oil

      2 tbsp rice malt syrup

      CHOCOLATE LAYER

        1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips

        2 tbsp coconut oil 

        1. In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the base and mix well until mixture sticks together. In a greased loaf pan, press base into pan and set aside.

        2. Place the ingredients for the coconut layer into a blender and process until mixture is sticky. Pour over the base and place in freezer

        3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil using the double boiler method. Pour chocolate mixture over Cacao Bliss Bounty Slice and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

        4. Place bottom of loaf pan under warm water for 4-10 seconds, place pan upside down to get the slice out then cut into 6-8 rectangular slices.
