Make Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1.1L filtered water
200g French green lentils
300g Morlife TriColour Quinoa Grain Certified Organic
1 small onion, finely diced
1 small carrot, diced into brunoises or finely chopped
3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped or crushed
1 handful fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
1 handful fresh kale, finely chopped
1 tablespoon thyme leaves, chopped
2 tablespoon of tamari sauce (optional)
2-3 teaspoon Celtic salt (use less if using tamari sauce)
3 tablespoon coconut oil, olive oil, or macadamia oil
2-3 lemon or lime, juice (around 100ml of juice)
