When we were dreaming up what recipes we could make to celebrate the launch of our NEW Vanilla Fudge Plantiful Protein we knew instinctively that this recipe had to be realised. It’s the ultimate trifecta of delicious taste, incredible nutritional value, and no fuss cooking. There’s literally nothing standing in your way to create it. Plus this recipe is gluten free and vegan much like the Vanilla Fudge Plantiful Protein itself so it’s going to be a true crowd pleaser.
Getting a little technical for a moment, here’s the thing about our protein intake: During the day your body is constantly building new cells to replace old ones and protein consumed in the diet supports this process. Our bodies can only process 25-30 grams of protein within 2-3 hours (a contributing reason we chose to make a serve of Vanilla Fudge Plantiful at 22.8g instead of maxing out at the 30g and not allowing for other proteins you might be consuming along with it to go down the drain). More over though, proteins should ideally be consumed throughout the day, rather than eating too much in a single meal. CHOC CHIP PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH
MAKE TIME: 5 mins
1 scoop Morlife Plantiful Protein Vanilla Fudge
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
¼ cup + 1 tbsp. maple syrup
3 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
A couple big pinches of sea salt
¼ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
STEP BY STEP
- Stir together all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except chocolate chips, until very well combined
- Stir in chocolate chips. Serve or chill!
