Cacao & Macadamia Brownie

cacao macadamia brownie recipe

4 large eggs

3 tbsp of Morlife Certified Organic Cacao Powder

½ cup coconut flour

½ cup Morlife Chocolate coated Macadamias quartered

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup virgin coconut oil melted and cooled

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp of baking powder

Pinch of salt


1) Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius

2) Combine wet ingredients in a bowl and whisk briskly with a fork

3) Add dry ingredients (except chocolate coated macadamias) and stir

4) Gently mix in chopped chocolate covered macadamias

5) Pour into a suitable pan

6) Bake for 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool then enjoy!
