Mango coconut truffles recipe

1 cup of frozen mango, slightly thawed

1 tbs almond butter

3 tbs Brown Rice Protein powder

2 tbs Morlife Chia Seeds

1 tbs honey

¼ cup almond meal

3 tbs desiccated coconut

2 tbs coconut oil

¼ cup Morlife Coconut Water powder

1/8 tsp salt

Extra desiccated coconut for rolling


1) In a food processor, blend all ingredients (except the extra coconut).

2) Refrigerate mixture for 20 minutes and then form into small balls. If mix is too wet, add more protein powder, if too dry add more coconut oil.

3) Roll balls through coconut and store in the fridge until serving.
